Shipping Policy

Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

Delivery times
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 10–14 days. In total, most orders are delivered within 2–3 weeks of being placed. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by the carrier, customs, or events outside our control.

Shipping rates (United States)

• Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $99.
• For orders under $99, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order.

International shipping
We ship internationally. International shipping is calculated at checkout and paid by the customer. Delivery times outside the U.S. may be longer than the estimate above.

Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Order tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Delays
Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to high demand, carrier issues, weather, or customs. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out and we'll help track it down.
